Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Technology Product Manager - GTM Enablement and Launch Lead to drive planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise B2B SaaS launches. This manager-level IC role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, CS, and Operations to ensure readiness and alignment.

The role emphasizes clear communication, structured processes, and customer empathy to minimize late-stage issues and enable scalable launches across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments with enterprise GTM exposure.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional launches or GTM programs.
• Strong program and project management with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex info to peers and senior management.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch readiness for multiple initiatives including AI capabilities, new products, and pricing changes.
• Define and maintain launch readiness checklists, milestones, and gates; track progress against criteria.
• Run weekly launch reviews and surface risks with clear recommendations for resolution.
• Translate product changes into internal enablement materials and coordinate readiness across Product, Eng., Sales, CS, and Ops.
• Own and coordinate non-promotional customer communications related to launches.
• Maintain launch dashboards and use AI-enabled capabilities to scale execution and reduce manual effort.
