• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex info to peers and senior management.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and build trust across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking, listening skills, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end launch readiness for multiple concurrent initiatives (core product launches, AI capabilities, pricing changes).
• Define and maintain launch readiness checklists, milestones, and gates; track progress against criteria.
• Lead weekly launch reviews, assess risks, dependencies, and surface actionable recommendations.
