Qualifications

• 8–10 years in B2B SaaS with enterprise GTM exposure.
• Led complex cross-functional launches or GTM programs.
• Strong program management: milestones, risks, dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear senior stakeholder messaging.
• Ability to influence without authority and build trust.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills for complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch readiness for multiple concurrent initiatives (core product launches, AI capabilities, pricing changes).
• Define and maintain launch readiness checklists, milestones, and gates; track progress.
• Run weekly launch reviews and surface risks with recommendations.
• Provide escalation and readiness guidance to leadership when launches are at risk.
• Translate product changes into internal enablement materials and support teams.
• Coordinate readiness with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, CS, Legal, Billing, Documentation, Analytics, and Sales Ops.
• Own operational (non-promotional) customer communications related to launches.
• Maintain launch dashboards and docs; leverage AI-enabled capabilities to scale execution.
• Contribute to post-launch reviews to improve governance and processes.
