AnewHealth is seeking a Fulfillment Technology Integration Lead to drive technology-enabled pharmacy fulfillment projects. You will specify requirements, coordinate with operations, technology, vendors, and facilities, and ensure on-time go-lives while minimizing risks and maximizing ROI.

The role requires 5+ years in automated pharmacy fulfillment, strong Excel and pharmacy systems aptitude, and proven project management skills to deliver efficient operations and high-quality service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in automated pharmacy fulfillment, especially in a Coreflex-enabled environment.
• Broad knowledge of frontend prescription processing and its impact on fulfillment requirements.
• Hands-on prescription fulfillment and leadership experience.

• Manage fulfillment technology/pharmacy automation projects with adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources for efficient and effective delivery of results.
• Develop timely and thorough development of requirements expressing the desired operational and quality impacts.
• Obtain organizational alignment and buy-in on fulfillment changes.
• Achieve each project’s ROI as expressed in budgets and project charters.
• Implement projects and create go-live processes and resources.
