The Pharmacy Hub in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a senior technical product manager to own the full tech stack powering healthcare delivery. You’ll bridge engineering, finance, account management, and clients to ensure the product solves the right problems and scales nationwide.

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll lead the product function as the company grows, building and guiding the team with data-driven insights while maintaining strict reliability and regulatory compliance for patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, with hands-on experience building technical or platform products in pharmacy, telemedicine or virtual care, healthcare supply chain and logistics, or another regulated, high-volume environment.
• Built or led healthcare software at scale.
• Technical background with a CS or engineering degree, fluent in APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, and data models.
• End-to-end command of the prescription order lifecycle: e-prescribing, adjudication, dispensing, shipping, and refills.
• Analytics on your own steam: SQL fluency to pull the data and settle the argument yourself.
• Business, ecosystem, and cross-functional fluency: read business logic, model AR/AP, client satisfaction, and costs, and translate constraints for consensus.
• Bias to action: you ship, you own the outcome, you get it done.

Responsabilités

• Own the full technology stack powering fulfillment end to end, pharmacy management, e-prescribing rails, and the data stack.
• Own the order lifecycle from prescription to shipment, including edge cases that determine timely care.
• Lead internal tooling and automation to give ops and pharmacy visibility and control over orders.
• Define KPIs, report tech health monthly to leadership, and keep users informed of deliverables and updates.
• Ensure reliability and compliance with observability, auditability, and compliant-by-design practices.
