Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager within Corporate Real Estate to drive technology-focused construction projects across retail, service centers, and offices. You will coordinate across Technology, Security, Design, Construction and vendors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, with up to 50% travel and a hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in construction management, project management, IT or related field
• 5+ years of project management delivering complex real estate tech projects
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Experience with IT infrastructure technologies and deployment projects
• Knowledge of structured cabling standards
• Experience with office, call center, or data center tech infra implementations
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions
• Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong communication, including senior leader presentations
• Proven track record from planning through closeout
• Vendor, bids, POs, contracts, and invoice reconciliation
• Experience in large-scale workplace or infrastructure transformation
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-focused real estate construction projects across retail, service center and office environments
• Coordinate across Technology, Security, Design, Construction and external vendors
• Ensure delivery on schedule, budget and Schwab standards
• Translate business needs into practical technology and infrastructure solutions
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgets and risk management
• Facilitate stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and technology teams
• Drive alignment among diverse stakeholders and ensure compliance with methodologies and audits
