Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an experienced PMO professional to join the I&O PMO in Schwab Technology Infrastructure Services. You will lead end-to-end program delivery, coordinating across infrastructure, security, networking, and facilities to ensure milestones are met and migrations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in technical project management, familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methods, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical Project Management experience with data centers deployment or decommissioning
• BA/BS degree, technical degree preferred
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data center consolidation programs
• Coordinate across infrastructure, application, security, networking, facilities, and business teams
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies; drive resolution
• Provide executive status reports and governance updates
