The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager Lead in the United States (Southlake, TX) to steer large, high-visibility programs driving modernization and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and align stakeholders across business and technology, with a focus on governance and measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience in financial services, strong Agile experience, and executive-level communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within financial services.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives with business and technology impact.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
