Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a results-driven software analyst to join the Finance Technology solution delivery team in a hybrid role. You will define software requirements with product owners, promote test-driven development, and manage risk across multiple internal clients including Central Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Treasury and Risk.

The candidate should bring extensive experience with .NET, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, and ETL tools, in a fast-paced Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years business analysis in an enterprise production environment.
• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with .NET, .NET Core, Blazor.
• Experience developing/managing REST and SOAP APIs.
• SQL with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, BigQuery).
• ETL, reporting and workflow tools (SSIS/SSRS/Alteryx).
• Logging/monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk.
• Experience with mainframe applications.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define software requirements.
• Leverage automated test tools and TDD to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Identify technology risks early and plan mitigations.
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
