Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Deep technical understanding of system design and ability to code.

Responsibilities

• Drive software and network hardware programs to meet growing customer demand.
• Manage cross-organizational projects on a global scale.
• Interact cross-team with Software and Network Engineers, Managers, TPMs, and Sr Leadership.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, keep groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems; create simple, scalable solutions.
