Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive network hardware and software programs to meet customer demand.
• Manage cross‑functional programs on a global scale.
• Interact with Network Managers, TPMs, Engineers, and Data Center Technicians and senior management.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, keep groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems while monitoring timelines and costs.
• Drive simplification efforts in engineering, PM and architectures to unblock innovation.
• Partner with multiple teams across locations to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
