Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for the AWS Global Network Deployment team. You will lead large-scale deployment programs, align stakeholders across vendor management, sourcing, engineering and operations, and deliver scalable process improvements across multiple workstreams.

You will also drive executive-level communications, mentor junior managers, and develop SOPs and playbooks to support operational excellence while advancing capacity delivery for AWS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, data centers, hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Own large-scale deployment programs end-to-end with defined scope and milestones.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment across vendor management, sourcing, engineering, and operations.
• Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and design scalable, automated processes to improve velocity.
• Prepare executive communications including MBRs, narratives, and business cases.
• Mentor junior program managers and share best practices across the org.
• Develop SOPs, training documents, playbooks, and program management toolkits.
