Job summary

Penrose Networks is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to join the AWS datacenter networking team. You will own programs spanning multiple VP‑level organizations, drive new software components, network and hardware designs, and business process restructuring to deliver next‑generation datacenter networking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Deep technical understanding of system design and ability to code.

Responsibilities

• Drive software and hardware programs to meet growing customer demand.
• Manage cross‑functional projects on a global scale.
• Interact with Software/Network Engineers, Managers, and Senior Leadership.
• Run meetings, maintain timelines, and keep groups informed of progress and blockers.
• Develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems with engineers.
• Drive simplification in engineering, PM, and architecture to unblock innovation.
• Partner with multiple teams across locations to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
