Responsibilities

• Own the experience and product design for new feature launch and rollout in our product suite.
• Deeply understand user needs and translate into structured product and technical requirements, driving conversations with users and feedback.
• Influence the vision and roadmap for the future, write PRFAQs and technical requirements, stay at the forefront of technology advancements.
• Understand complex business problems across units, geographies and product lines.
• Manage ambiguity and translate into tech requirements.
• Partner with users in the team to solve their problems.
• Build strong relations with internal stakeholders to align priorities and roadmap.
