Job summary

Upstream USA is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Technology & Project Management to drive hybrid initiatives from Boston. You will manage data migrations, IT operations improvements, and a central data-layer buildout while collaborating with DAT leadership.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management, data analysis, and tech/ops. Strong communication and a bias toward action are essential for coordinating stakeholders and delivering quick wins in a lean environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, clear writing and facilitation.
• 4+ years of experience across project management, data analysis/reporting, and technology/operations.
• Demonstrated project management experience with multiple requests using agile/Kanban methods.
• Hands-on data analysis and reporting, building dashboards (Power BI, Google Sheets/Excel).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail.
• Comfort with AI tools and experimentation to accelerate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for DAT initiatives on the roadmap.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders using agile methods.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects and contribute to data-layer strategy.
• Translate staff pain points into documented, repeatable workflows and train others.
