Upstream USA is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Technology & Project Management to advance data-driven initiatives within our Data, Analytics and Technology team.

You will manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholders, and translate technical work into measurable outcomes in a fast-moving nonprofit environment. Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management, data analysis, and technology/operations experience.
• Proven project management using agile/Kanban and ticketing systems.
• Hands-on data analysis and reporting; dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
• Strong bias toward action; able to translate strategy into execution.
• Fast learner; comfortable with AI tools and experimentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for DAT initiatives from intake to delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders using agile methods.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and contribute to data-layer strategy.
• Turn data into decisions across teams.
• Build MVP workflow automations and improve processes.
