Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or packaging; BEOL/FEOL exposure.
• MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• Expertise in Advanced Packaging ecosystems and customer workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; executive storytelling and data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.
• Preferred hands-on inspection/metrology background.
• Preferred experience with pricing strategy, product launches, and field enablement.
• Preferred familiarity with reliability, yield, and metrology/inspection data as it relates to packaging performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate clear value propositions for advanced packaging process control solution.
• Own creation of technical marketing assets: product briefs, whitepapers, competitive analyses, benchmark data summaries, presentations, and webinars.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear messaging for varied audiences.
• Market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis for advanced packaging ecosystems.
• Track competitive landscape and provide insights to executives and product teams.
• Develop use case for roadmap decisions and prioritization.
• Lead competitor H2H, drive new product evaluation and adoption.
• Collaborate with product marketing and engineering to shape product strategy based on competitive and customer insights.
• Coordinate with operations and manufacturing for product readiness and customer alignment.
