Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Technology Manager to serve as the senior technical authority across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise modernization workstreams. You will drive DevSecOps adoption, CI/CD pipeline integration, and threat modeling for enterprise IT programs.

The role requires translating business requirements into enterprise architectures, leading architecture reviews, and guiding technical modernization across federal environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship.
• 12+ years of experience in IT engineering, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, infrastructure, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise IT modernization initiatives on federal contracts.
• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise architecture, engineering integration, and technical modernization across complex IT environments.
• Strong experience implementing or institutionalizing DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, containerization, and security integration.
• Experience translating business and mission requirements into enterprise technical requirements, architectures, designs, and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise modernization workstreams.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for complex IT modernization initiatives supporting customer mission requirements.
• Lead the institutionalization of DevSecOps practices across the program, including CI/CD pipeline integration, automation, container development, security integration, and threat modeling.
• Provide overall technical administration, integration, and guidance for information systems, hardware/software, network systems, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Translate business and mission requirements into enterprise computing requirements, technical architectures, designs, and supporting reports.
• Lead requirements analysis, business case development, solution architecture, integration, testing, and technical validation.
