Peraton seeks a Senior Technology Manager to serve as the senior technical authority across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and modernization efforts for our federal program. You will drive DevSecOps adoption, CI/CD, containerization, threat modeling, and security-by-design across enterprise IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
• 12+ years of IT engineering, enterprise architecture, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years leading enterprise IT modernization on federal contracts.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, automation, containerization, security).

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority across IT workstreams.
• Provide architectural direction for complex modernization initiatives.
• Lead DevSecOps adoption including CI/CD, automation, containers, and security integration.
• Ensure enterprise infrastructure and applications meet security and federal standards.
• Translate mission requirements into enterprise technology architectures and designs.
• Lead requirements analysis, business case development, and validation across programs.
