Job summary

Cboe Global Markets seeks a Senior Trade Desk Specialist to own production‑level oversight across multiple real‑time trading platforms. You’ll work with banks, buy‑side firms, primes, and vendors, mentoring junior staff and leading feature design with software engineers.

The role requires strong UNIX Shell, SQL, and Agile experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or higher), and FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses (or ability to obtain). Located in the US, on‑site role with standard hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical or Vocational School.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science/Engineering/Software/Business/Financial Services or related.
• FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses required, or ability to obtain within first 3 months of service.
• At least 5+ years experience in a security related or technical support position, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 3+ years with UNIX Shell, SQL, and Agile Development Methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers and sales support and training related to platform behavior, order processing and market structure.
• Perform daily system checks, monitor production and disaster recovery environments, and communicate live updates on trading issues.
• Lead engagements with customers and engineers to define new features and test changes before deployment; mentor junior staff.
