Job summary

The People Of: Professional Services seeks a Senior Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement Associate in Palo Alto, CA. The 5–7 year litigator will join a team handling high-profile technology disputes.

Key duties include complex litigation, consumer class actions, mass torts, privacy matters, and strong research/writing. California Bar admission required. Salary: $365,000–$420,000 DOE with bonus eligibility and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of complex lit experience
• Consumer class actions/mass tort/privacy/tech disputes preferred
• Top law firm or judicial clerkship preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication
• Client service mindset
• Ability to manage fast-moving litigation
• Admitted to CA Bar or eligible
• Based in SF or Palo Alto

Responsibilities

• Represent leading technology companies in complex, high-profile litigation
• Handle sophisticated consumer class action matters
• Work on mass tort defense and privacy litigation
• Advise and represent clients in disputes involving technology companies and emerging technologies
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis
• Draft motions, briefs and other substantive litigation documents
• Manage discovery, case development and litigation strategy
• Take significant responsibility across sophisticated litigation matters
• Work closely with partners and clients on cutting-edge disputes
