Job summary

WiseLex BPO seeks a senior litigation associate to join our San Francisco, Newport Beach, or West Palm Beach offices. The role offers direct client engagement, high‑impact matter responsibility, and close collaboration with experienced partners across sophisticated commercial, regulatory enforcement, and public‑law matters.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of state or federal court experience, strong research and writing skills, and California Bar admission or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
• Training at a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice preferred.
• Active California Bar membership or ability to obtain admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and litigation components with increasing independence.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs.
• Oversee discovery and motion practice.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions.
• Work with partners on litigation strategy and case development.
• Develop legal analysis across evolving statutory/regulatory frameworks.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulators.
