Job summary

Principle Recruiting partners with a leading global law firm to place a mid-level Litigation Associate in Silicon Valley on a hybrid schedule. The role offers ownership of matters, from case management to strategy, for top tech, banking and manufacturing clients.

A strong commercial litigator with interest in technology is ideal; tech background not required. 3–7 years’ experience, J.D. from ABA-accredited school and California Bar admission are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of law firm litigation experience (clerkship a plus).
• Strong commercial litigation background with interest in technology.
• Experience with trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI is a plus.
• Excellent writing, advocacy and analytical skills.
• A strong academic record and polished communication.

Responsibilities

• Own matters from filing to resolution and strategy.
• Manage cases and help shape case strategy for tech clients.
• Collaborate with a global platform and cross‑industry clients.
• Contribute to Silicon Valley’s fast‑growing Complex Technology Litigation team.
