Location: Palo Alto, CA

A leading global law firm is seeking a 5th-7th year Litigation Associate to join its Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement team in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on high-profile, cutting-edge disputes for some of the world’s leading technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent leading technology companies in complex, high-profile litigation
• Handle sophisticated consumer class action matters
• Work on mass tort defense and privacy litigation
• Advise and represent clients in disputes involving technology companies and emerging technologies
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis
• Draft motions, briefs and other substantive litigation documents
• Manage discovery, case development and litigation strategy
• Take significant responsibility across sophisticated litigation matters
• Work closely with partners and clients on cutting-edge disputes

Who You Are

• 5-7 years of complex litigation experience
• Experience with consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation and/or technology disputes preferred
• Top law firm experience or judicial clerkship experience preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Genuine commitment to client service
• Ability to manage sophisticated and fast-moving litigation matters
• Admitted to the California Bar or eligible for admission
• Willing to be based in San Francisco or Palo Alto

Compensation

Salary Range: $365,000 - $420,000 (DOE)

The position is also eligible for the firm’s annual bonus program.
