Qualifications

• 2–4 years of complex litigation experience.
• Experience with consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation and/or technology disputes preferred.
• Top law firm experience or judicial clerkship experience preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Genuine commitment to client service.
• Comfortable working on sophisticated and fast-moving litigation matters.
• Admitted to the California Bar or eligible for admission.
• Willing to be based in San Francisco or Palo Alto.

A leading global law firm is seeking a 2nd-4th year Litigation Associate to join its Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement team in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge disputes for some of the world’s leading technology companies.

Compensation

Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 (DOE)

The position is also eligible for the firm’s annual bonus program.
