Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Tech Lead for KOL & External Engagement Platforms within the Global Capability team. You will design, build, and deliver engagement and event management platforms, partnering with Product Owner and vendors to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

You will mentor engineers, support architecture roadmaps, and drive delivery across CRM, analytics, and data platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, secure, compliant tech solutions for large orgs.
• Understanding enterprise software architecture and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of KOL engagement workflows, speaker programs, and HIPAA/HCP compliance.
• Translate engagement strategies into reusable data/platform capabilities; vendor management.
• Experience with integration of engagement platforms with CRM/analytics data.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like Veeva, SpotMe, Cadence.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and lead mixed teams.
• Experience in Agile product development teams.
