Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Hardcore Senior Developer / Technical Lead to design and deliver enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. You will lead architecture decisions and mentor teams in a cloud-first, Azure-based environment.

You'll build event-driven systems with Kafka/RabbitMQ, deploy on Azure SQL Database and MongoDB, and drive CI/CD with GitHub Actions. Strong leadership and collaboration with stakeholders are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on Java development with enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Cloud-native and event-driven design on Azure with Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build and implement event-driven systems with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native apps on Microsoft Azure.
• Design RESTful APIs and orchestrate service integrations.
• Develop frontend apps using React and Node.js.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
