• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design walkthroughs.
• Drive technical decision-making and technology roadmaps.
• Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Lead distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
