- 10+ years of experience in software, data engineering, or technical leadership.
- Proven ability to scale enterprise platforms with ML models in production.
- Fluent in Python and familiar with front-end/back-end architecture and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the technical vision and architecture for the priority domain.
- Own the technical backlog and guide day-to-day engineering resourcing.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and promote best practices.
- Guide design and implementation of secure, scalable AI/ML capabilities.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Data & ML, Application Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Champion reliability, observability, security, and performance.
