Job summary
The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta is seeking a Director of Applied AI & Agentic Solutions to lead, mentor, and scale AI engineering across a portfolio of digital products. You will drive adoption of enterprise AI standards, partner with product and data science teams, and translate strategy into concrete delivery roadmaps.
You will guide architecture, production deployment, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and governance to deliver measurable business impact while advancing AI engineering maturity across
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field related to AI/Software Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in software/AI engineering and leadership.
- Proven ability to deliver production AI solutions including generative AI and ML systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and adoption of AI engineering across multiple digital products.
- Manage and develop AI engineering teams with coaching and direction.
- Partner with product, data science, and engineering leaders to prioritize high-value AI solutions.
- Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable roadmaps and plans.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and operational best practices.
