Job summary
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Application & Machine Learning Engineer to drive AI-enabled digital products within the Global Digital Network. You will partner with Product, Data, Platform, and Architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions and to advance the company’s digital transformation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in software engineering, app development, platform engineering, or digital product engineering.
- 3+ years delivering ML/AI solutions in production environments.
- Cloud-native apps with modern patterns and practices.
- Expertise in ML deployments, model governance, and production support.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
- Experience integrating data, analytics, AI into enterprise digital products.
- Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, and risk management.
- Ability to influence technical decisions in global teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade apps and AI-enabled products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into critical business domains.
- Advance engineering excellence with modern standards, testing, and automation.
- Build and scale ML solutions across multiple use cases and products.
- Promote reusable engineering patterns and components for quality and speed.
- Translate business opportunities into scalable digital solutions delivering value.
- Implement MLOps for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Contribute to product engineering strategy and platform capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and architectural standards.
- Evaluate new technologies to accelerate innovation while maintaining stability.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
