Job summary

Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Manager, Application & Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise apps. You will collaborate with Product, Data, Platform, and Architecture teams to embed AI capabilities into critical business domains.

Responsibilities include establishing engineering standards, deploying scalable ML solutions, and ensuring governance, security, and reliability across the Digital Product & Engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or digital product engineering environments.
• 3+ years delivering machine learning or artificial intelligence solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade applications and intelligent digital products that leverage AI/ML capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Data, Platform, and Architecture teams to embed AI-enabled functionality into products serving critical business domains.
• Drive engineering excellence by implementing modern software engineering standards, testing, and automation.
• Build, deploy, and manage ML solutions scalable across use cases, products, and functions.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, frameworks, and components to improve quality and speed.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business opportunities into scalable digital solutions with measurable value.
• Implement MLOps practices supporting model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and architectural standards.
