Job summary

Coca-Cola inc is seeking a Senior Director of Data Engineering and Architecture to shape the company’s data strategy and end-to-end data products. You will lead architecture, development, and implementation of robust, scalable data systems and advance MDМ initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and drive data-driven decision making while guiding high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in leading data strategy, architecture, and product initiatives.
• Proven leadership in data engineering and architecture roles.
• Strong background in MDМ and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an end-to-end data product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture design, development and implementation of scalable, secure data systems.
• Establish and drive Master Data Management initiatives across the organization.
• Lead data solutions across cloud platforms while ensuring security and compliance.
• Foster strategic relationships with stakeholders to align data product strategy.
• Guide data engineering and data product teams toward innovation and excellence.
