Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, CS, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, OR) with Ph.D. preferred.
• 8+ years applying statistical, modeling, and optimization techniques including hypothesis testing, dimensionality reduction, MIP, supervised learning, Bayesian modeling, forecasting, and clustering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Translate requirements by incorporating data and develop ML/AI algorithms to produce actionable insights.
• Leverage large structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights for modeling.
• Develop end-to-end AI/ML and analytic solutions from ideation to production and monitoring.
• Mentor, guide, and develop junior data scientists across the organization.
