Job summary

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to support and deploy a vast telecommunication network. You will execute strategic plans to improve business processes, drive delivery schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams across network, hardware, and software domains.

Responsibilities include monitoring vendor delivery, managing quality programs, reporting progress to leadership, and balancing risks. Travel 25–40% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
• Experience leading large greenfield network construction programs (preferred).
• Understanding of OSP and ISP construction standards in multiple regions (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor delivery of physical infrastructure projects and manage timelines.
• Drive overall Network Infrastructure strategy as part of GCID-FD team.
• Manage vendor performance with KPIs and risk mitigation.
• Develop quality management programs, track defects, root cause analysis.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate access and approvals to security-regulated sites.
• Travel 25-40%.
