Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical leadership.
• Proven experience as a hiring manager for software engineers and technical roles.
• Deep understanding of modern software systems and platforms, including distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, and data-intensive/high-availability systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end technical hiring strategies for software engineers and technical roles.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to forecast hiring needs aligned to roadmaps.
• Design and oversee interview frameworks that assess system design, platform thinking, and engineering depth.
• Improve technical hiring processes for fairness, consistency, and high signal-to-noise ratio.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiters, and engineering leaders to align hiring with company values and culture.
