Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including infrastructure, systems, and security operations.
• 5+ years in IT leadership or senior management with responsibility for strategy, personnel, and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with NIST compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-172, in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with company direction.
• Lead cybersecurity program development, with backup, DR, and security governance.
• Ensure compliance with NIST standards and perform ongoing security posture assessments.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and IT budget responsibilities.
• Lead IT and cybersecurity integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.
