Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Program Manager, Technology & Ecosystems to lead the strategic technology and ecosystem roadmap, engaging partners across the AI and data center value chain. The role advances joint programs, pilots, and product opportunities with academia, OEMs, and hyperscalers.

You will work with Thermal Engineering and Portfolio teams to translate insights into market-ready strategies, while managing external engagements and NDAs to protect confidential roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science required.
• 5-6 years in technology partnerships, program management, business development, or sales/solutions engineering.
• Experience with OEMs, chip makers, and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Take leadership in developing the strategic technology and ecosystem roadmap, aligned to business priorities.
• Own and expand strategic relationships across the ecosystem with clear objectives and sponsors.
• Lead day-to-day engagement with OEMs, chip makers, and vendors on alignment, co-development, and go-to-market.
• Collaborate with Thermal Engineering and Portfolio teams on product development, market research, and POVs.
• Drive joint research, pilots, reference architectures, and demonstrations with universities and labs.
• Turn partner and market insight into input for strategy and represent JCI at meetings and conferences.
• Protect confidential roadmap and IP in external engagements with Legal on NDAs.
