Work onsite 4 days a week with one remote day; collaborate with sales and engineering, translate needs into actionable plans, and help shape the product roadmap while advancing our cooling platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with emphasis on thermal systems.
• Experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing engagements and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality.
• Communicate with customers, provide updates, and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with sales during handover to ensure customer expectations are understood.
