Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant technical design experience with fabric and garment construction
• Industry network and active participation in committees
• Understanding of design, merchandising, and product development priorities
• Experience in apparel retail
• Ability to analyze data to solve complex situations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of pattern blocks to achieve optimal fit
• Manage development and maintenance of tech packs throughout the line creation process
• Provide guidance on vendor readiness and fit empowerment
• Ensure quality of services and advise in meeting business partner needs
• Own team results and oversee resources, budget and policy adherence
