Job summary

Quince is seeking a Sr. Technical Designer, International Sizing, to lead technical design and fit processes. This role is essential for ensuring best-in-class fit, improving customer satisfaction, and enabling scalable product development.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in pattern making software, Excel, and Google Sheets. This position requires onsite work in San Francisco, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years as a technical designer with deep category expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of pattern making, garment construction, and grading.
• Exceptional accuracy in creating and reviewing technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build fit blocks for key styles that can be utilized as a starting point.
• Manage the fit process from 1st Proto to Bulk production.
• Collaborate with technical design teams internationally to maintain fit processes.
