Job summary
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through delivery, release, and post-implementation transition. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
- 5+ years of related field experience.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related field experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives with integrated plans, roadmaps, and release timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams with stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise programs.
- Identify delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies and manage them.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and resource impacts; ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate project status to business partners and executives.
- Support Agile practices through PI planning, sprint coordination, and release readiness.
- Translate complex technical updates into actionable business communications.
- Guide production transition and change management activities.
