Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a SVP, Delivery Practitioner to join our Wealth Services Platform team in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional delivery plans and ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations and business stakeholders.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years in program or delivery management within financial services or fintech, with strong planning, risk, and execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in program/project delivery within financial services, fintech, or wealthtech.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of planning, risk, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive follow-through and manage execution challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery activities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, Scrum teams and Client Enablement.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs and artifacts to provide transparency on progress and risks.
• Produce clear status reporting and delivery insights for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, coordination, and team effectiveness.
