Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology platforms.
• Financial services or Wealth Management experience.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
