Job summary

Bounteous seeks a Tech Delivery Leader to act as the senior on-site executive for the account, owning end-to-end delivery across workstreams, schedule, budget, quality, and margin.

You will lead through Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, and Product Managers, building credibility with client leadership, mentoring teams, and driving account growth with on-site presence in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery in a senior leadership role (Sr Director/Director).
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery for large, multi-workstream engagements.
• Ability to establish technical credibility with client executives (CTO/VP-Technical).
• Proven track record managing distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence with client leadership and delivery teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery for the account: schedule, budget, staffing, quality, margin.
• Redirect solutions at executive level before client presentation as needed.
• Mentor Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, PMs, and Product Managers.
• Drive account growth through proactive expansion opportunities and credible solutioning.
