Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Director of Technology Delivery to partner with product and engineering, lead programs and BAU delivery, and implement scalable methodologies across our technology stack in Dallas.

You will build and mentor a delivery team, drive governance, budgeting, and reporting, and collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with business outcomes, risk management, and modernization goals.

Responsibilities

• Staff, manage, lead, grow, and mentor project managers, project managers, and agile leads.
• SupportLead the implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of processes including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, hybrid/custom, technology governance, enterprise governance, security, and shared services.
• SupportOversee the implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of department tools including but not limited to QuickBase, Jira, and Confluence
• Collaborate with Technology and Business Leadership on initiative priority, process changes, and delivery execution
• Support and enforce Technology and Enterprise governance processes including intake, value/work ratings, discussion facilitation, recommendations, and communication of decisions
