Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Program Director to lead client projects and guide multiple project managers from inception to completion. The role emphasizes empowering teams, effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality digital outcomes.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in agency or consulting settings, strong Agile expertise, and a proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and scope while fostering collaboration across designers, developers, and content

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in agencies or consulting.
• Experience leading multiple teams (4–8 people) and delivering complex digital projects.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and motivate diverse project teams across projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee projects led by direct reports, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master and promote continuous improvement.
• Advocate for the project team and ensure effective communication with clients and senior management.
• Develop domain expertise within the client’s business space to drive results.
