Job summary

ClickHouse seeks a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our global Support Engineering team in a hybrid role spanning both the company and Langfuse ecosystems. You will support customers across EMEA and the Americas and APJ, handling technical issues from database requests to AI observability tooling.

You’ll mentor colleagues, assist with POCs, and collaborate with Engineering, PM, and GTM to improve product functionality. Strong written communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with databases, OLAP systems, or distributed systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (CS, Data Science degree) with ability to read code.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and phone, meeting SLAs.
• Develop solutions using the company Cloud and open-source tooling for customer docs, knowledge base, blogs, webinars, and training.
• Collaborate with Support Services, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product Management to define required functionality.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers.
• Escalate bugs to product engineering and close the loop with customers after shipping.
• Tackle deep technical integration questions within customer codebases.
• Build trusted relationships across developers, customers, and partners.
