Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, program design, pay structures, and administration.
• Ability to design and implement scalable compensation solutions informed by data and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable compensation programs for the global data center workforce.
• Develop market-based pay approaches, including premiums, shift differentials, incentives, and retention programs.
• Translate market intelligence and business needs into practical compensation strategies.
• Establish program frameworks, governance, and guidelines for scalable execution.
• Collaborate with Compensation Consultants and stakeholders to address recurring challenges.
• Lead implementation of compensation programs with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and others.
• Monitor program utilization, cost, effectiveness, and compliance; propose improvements.
• Simplify compensation processes, tools, and documentation while aligning with enterprise philosophy.
