Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation - Tech to shape compensation strategy for software, cybersecurity, and AI roles in Austin. You will partner with HR and business leaders to build frameworks that attract and retain top tech talent.

In this role, you will drive market pricing, governance, and data-driven decision making, ensuring programs stay compliant while supporting hiring, retention, and workforce planning across tech functions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in compensation with 3+ years in a senior advisory role.
• Expertise in designing compensation programs for tech talent, including salary, incentives, and equity.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools; knowledge of survey methodologies.
• Ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven insights.
• Experience leading and developing compensation professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine compensation structures for technology organizations.
